ABOUT
CURIOUS ABOUT PEOPLE.
SYSTEMS. AND WHAT COULD BE BETTER.
I’m a Chicago-based researcher and service designer with a background in design strategy. My work focuses on understanding how people experience complex services and systems, and how design can help make them work better.
Over the years, that curiosity has taken me across public services, technology, social innovation, and community-led initiatives. I’ve worked with cities, organizations, multidisciplinary teams, and communities to understand problems, make complexity visible, and turn research into practical change.
What connects these experiences is not a particular industry or design method, but a way of working: understand before solving, bring different perspectives together, and design for change that can actually happen.

Different disciplines, organizations, cities, and communities have shaped my journey, but the questions behind the work have remained surprisingly consistent.
